The number of hours of daylight are less this time of year but we still have the same number of hours in the week, 168.
How are you using your 168 hours?

Make a wrtten note of the hours at work, fitness/exercise, family time, tv, reading etc.
Do you have any extra hours?
What's left over?
How can they be used?
Can schedules be moved around to make your percious time more efficient?
Do this for one week and see what discoveries you make.
