Life Coaching Activity - Questions Direct Life Limit Stress for Life Coaches/Career Coaches/ School Counselors

I truely believe that questions direct our lives. Every action or task in life, no matter how small, is proceeded by a question. If the right question is asked it should help limit stress in our lives.

Activity: When faced with a project/task to complete at work or at home use the following life coaching activity:

Ask your client or have the client ask themself the following questions:

1. What is it I need to do today?
2. What is the first step toward achieving this?
3. Is this the appropriate time of day for this task? Would another time be better?
4. Is there something I can eliminate today inorder to complete this task. Priorize!
5. What is the next step?

Always ask what is the next step.
State next step clearly.
This helps in understanding the expected outcome and possible speed bumps along the way.

Have a great day.
