Part One The Vision
Well, it is that time of year again...what 3 weeks?...21 days until 2011?...
What happened to 2010?
It's gone, not to be gotten back but you have another new, fresh year ahead of you.
Now what?
Today, I'm offering One of Three Things that you can do to have a successful, productive and exciting 2011.
Are youu ready. Let's begin.
Get out that pencil and paper! Yes you might want to transfer to a computer program later but for now let's start writing.
Answer this question.
1. What do you really, really want to accomplish in 2011?
Another way to think of this is to ask:
2. What would you do in Life and Work if you knew you would not fail?
Start making your list.
Ask yourself
3. Is this realistic and appropriate to my needs and strengths?
Be careful with this one. Don't under sell your self. Be honest.
4. Ask yourself how this goal will fit with all other parts of your life and work.....family...finances....health...resources?
Take a few days to think about this and add and delete as necessary... I did say a pencil!
Create your Vision.
Dream Big.
Write it down.
Part Two on Monday, December 13th.
Where ever you are in the world have a great day!

Life Coaching Activities for Successful New Year's Resolutions or Life/Work Changes
What is it about a New Year that causes us to reflect, rethink, re-evaluate, re-work our life and work?
We all want to achieve and be successful, that's just apart of being human. But we don't always have the skills to bring about that success. As a New Year's gift I offer you some simple, time tested skills or steps to make your re-work, work.
1. Set goals. Write them down. Make them do-able and appropriate to you.
2. Next break each of these goals into action steps. Very small steps. As many as you can.
3. Now set realistic time lines for these actions.
4. Hold yourself accountable. Display your plan. Place in an area so you can see daily.Tell a trusted friend. All of these help to keep you accountable.
5. Persist! Persist! This is key and where most people slip, fall and stay down. Recognize that there will be speed bumps along the way, even possible parking spots. Slow down, pull over but continue when you are ready. Don't give up.
6. Focus on your wins. Every step completed no matter how small is a win.
7. Reward you self. The reward system works.
Most of all you must truly desire your outcome. Really want the change to happen.
All the best with your life changes.
